Zvika Gleichman

Zvika Gleichman is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of MEKOROT – Israel’s national water company since 2003. Prior to joining MEKOROT, he served as a Colonel  –  commander of MAMRAM – the Israel Defense Forces‘ central computing unit.

Zvika has led a comprehensive approach which combines IT, OT and Cyber Security in order to support water supply in a country at the edge of the desert. He has a vast experience in business and operational processes in a utility company, and in IT and OT information systems. He deals with managing many aspects of IT-OT convergence:  cyber security, data integrity and accuracy, interfaces between systems, smart modules, mobile connectivity, employee awareness, innovation and related topics.

Zvika holds an MBA from the Tel-Aviv University Business School and B.Sc. in Computer Science & Mathematics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
