Biography
Zershaaneh Qureshi joined Global Water Intelligence’s research team in 2020. She became Lead Consultant for Desalination after taking the helm on several consulting projects about the markets and technologies for unconventional water usage, including a project culminating in the production of a white paper on NEOM’s brine mining ambitions. More recently, her work has centred on the regulations and institutional frameworks which are shaping desalination and wastewater reuse markets. She also has interests in hydrogen energy and the power industry, having previously undertaken research in these areas.
Before joining Global Water Intelligence, Zershaaneh completed a BA and Master’s degree in Mathematics and Philosophy at the University of Oxford.
