Victor Arroyo

Victor Arroyo is the Director for Spain Portugal and Latin America at Isle Group, where he leads business development efforts and strategic relations with International Financing Institutions in Latin America. He has 25 years of experience in business development, project management and policy development in the water sector across Europe, Africa and Latin America.  

He has led the water sector arms for the Development Bank of Latin America (Corporacion Andina de Fomento, or CAF) and UN Habitat, representing the institutions before high-level national governments officials and partner organizations and coordinating the technical sector dialogue at country and regional level.  

He is a chemical engineer from Complutense University of Madrid and MBA with a focus in infrastructure companies (EOI).
