Tomer Efrat

Tomer Efrat has substantial experience in the desalination and treatment of seawater and industrial water. Tomer started his journey with IDE in 2005, first as a process engineer in the Thermal Process department and then serving in various technological and commercial roles, including Process Engineering Manager and Director of Business Development, leading IDE’s water treatment activity. He climbed up the ladder to his current position – IDE’s V.P. of Research and Development. In this position, Tomer is responsible for managing the process design of seawater desalination, industrial water treatment, and ice plants, as well as supporting marketing and sales efforts in all these fields.
