Biography
Tim Thomure is an appointed voting member of the Water Infrastructure Financing Authority of Arizona, which is an independent state authority authorized to finance the construction, rehabilitation, acquisition, and improvement of water infrastructure throughout Arizona. Tim is the Deputy City Manager for the City of Tucson with responsibility for multiple operating departments. He is a licensed civil engineer with 28 years of experience working in the public sector, private industry, and consulting. His expertise includes strategic planning, project delivery, and water policy. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois, a Master of Engineering degree from the University of Arizona, and, with the support of his wife Christina, is pursuing a PhD from the University of Arizona.
