Rashad Al Shawa

Rashad is the Chairman of the Board of Mai Resources International (Switzerland) AG. He is a member of the World Water Council in France and of the Arab Water Council (Egypt).

He is a Senior Executive International Banker and has held several positions working as a member of the Executive Board and Head of the Middle East of several international Banks in the UK and Switzerland. He is the former Vice Chairman of the International Organization of Private Bank Owners.

He is a former Advisor to Bank Privee Edmond de Rothschild.

He has held positions as Member of the Board of several regional and international institutions and companies.

He is a former Member of the international Advisory Board of Babson College in Boston USA- the world’s number one university for business leaders and entrepreneurs.

He is currently a member of the Board of the international Organization Medurable in France, the international Organization for sustainable development goals, climate chance and water resource management.
