Levi Shaul

Dr. Shaul, an IT executive, has a Ph.D. and extensive experience in products and projects management.
He is an expert in managing IT strategy and products vision, road maps, planning and executing the line of IT products throughout their life cycle to ensure that the customer’s satisfaction goals are met.

Dr. Shaul currently manages the development of Mekorot’s unified national operations management system for optimizing core processes such as water supply, asset management, and water quality management. This digitalization program will allow the company to become a data-driven water company and eventually offer stronger means to fulfill its mission: supplying water of the highest standards to its customers on demand in a safe manner and at affordable prices.

Dr. Shaul is a senior lecturer in IT strategies, technological innovation, digital transformation, and strategy at the Academic College of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
