Jorge Vergara

Jorge Vergara is currently Director of Strategic Projects in the Public Works Ministry of Paraguay. He has been responsible for PPP Projects in Paraguay as well as emblematic projects in roads, transport, waterway, water and sanitation. He is an Economist and has a Masters in Business Administration, and a postgraduate degree in Business Strategy, Economic Development, Urban Development, Transport and Politics. He graduated from EAE Barcelona, Spain, Monterrey Mexico, San Andres Argentina, South Korea, Harvard and currently MIT.
