Joke Cuperus

Joke Cuperus is CEO of PWN Water Supply Company and CEO a.i. of PWNT. Ms Cuperus is an experienced change manager with an extensive management/administrative track record in a political/administrative environment where policy and implementation come together. She is a result driven innovator and inspirational team player with a quest for continuous improvement and new opportunities.

She takes special interest in public works, water management, spatial planning, health and safety, environmental and economic affairs. Before working at PWN and PWNT, Joke Cuperus worked as a Head Engineer-Director Rijkswaterstaat East Netherlands. She was also responsible for the HID Programme ‘Ruimte voor de Rivier’ (Space for The River) at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Environment.

She also serves as a member of several supervisory boards, including the ROC Nova College Haarlem, BRAK! IJmuiden and TKI Water Technology.
