John Painter
Biography
John Painter is Senior Director of Facilities Operations for GlobalFoundries Fab 8. He has 35 years of experience spanning environmental compliance, high purity and ultrapure water treatment systems design and operations, facilities technology development and executive facilities operations leadership. His experience includes over 7 years in nuclear power operations, 6 years in water treatment equipment and services, and 22 years of technical and executive leadership in facilities operations and technology development for two leading edge logic semiconductor companies. John received his MS in Environmental and Water Resources Engineering from Vanderbilt University and is a Registered Professional Engineer.
