Haomin Song

Dr. Haomin Song obtained his PhD degree from the Electrical Engineering Department at the State University of New York, University at Buffalo. His major research interest involves solar thermal management using improved nanomaterial strategies. In the past three years, Dr. Song particularly developed his unique understanding and vision on global energy needs: he received financial support  from the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology to visit Saudi Arabia to perform field tests on solar-related R&D, and attended Global Challenge Summit organized by the US National Academy of Engineering in Washington DC to present the solar-driven water purification technology. He is currently the CTO of Sunny Clean Water LLC and the Principle Investigator for a NSF Small Business Innovation Research award.
