Hani Al-Khalifa

Hani Al-Khalifa graduated from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals with a BS in mechanical engineering, and has 24 years of experience in upstream oil operations. He has held several positions in operations and engineering divisions and is now a technical advisor with Upstream Operations.

Hani was selected to be an SPE Distinguished Lecturer on the topic of Produced Water Re-injection System Optimization. In 2019, he led the first PW desalination project at Saudi Aramco, which won the Industry Project of the Year.

Hani is currently the President of Produced Water Society Middle East Chapter.
