Fernando Velasquez

Business Engineer (Ingeniero Comercial) from the Universidad Austral de Chile, with more than 28 years of experience in the water industry and its regulation.

He currently holds the position of Development Manager of the Empresa Concesionaria de Servicios Sanitarios S.A., ECONSSA CHILE S.A., He began his professional career at the Empresa de Servicios Sanitarios del Libertador S.A. (ESSEL S.A.), today ESSBIO S.A., reaching the position of Development Assistant Manager; He was Advisor to the Superintendent and later Head of the Oversight Division. He was Executive Director of the National Institute of Hydraulics. Later he was the first Director of the Academy of Public Works, José Manuel Balmaceda of the Ministry of Public Works.
