Eng. Nemer M. Al-Shebel

Eng. Nemer M. Al-Shebel has over 22 years’ experience in the water utility industry and has held senior positions in operations management, business unit management, and program management. He is currently CEO of National Water Company “NWC” – Saudi Arabia. He led the distribution sector restructuring and privatization program, which covers the merger of the 13 MEWA directorates into six regional distribution clusters, procurement of public private partnership projects including six management, operations and maintenance contracts and a number of long-term upgrading, operations and maintenance contracts for sewage treatment plants.

Educational Qualification:

1996 – Bachelor of Civil Engineering, King Saud University.
