Biography
Darren Bentham leads IBM’s UK customer team for Energy and Utilities and has 20 years experience working in utilities in the UK and Europe in both consulting and as an Executive in a UK Water Company. He has a wide range of experience across utility operations and regulation, but specialise in B2C and B2B, particularly service design and operational excellence.
