An Engineer by profession Mr Khan has 32 years of experience in the field of Engineering, Management, Administration etc covering nearly all segments needed to manage the water and waste water utility, since working on different positions in Karachi Water and Sewerage Board which is one of the biggest utilities in the region and ultimately heading the organization as its Managing Director
