Andrea Aliscioni

Director of the Integrated Water Service Division of MM Spa, a public company fully owned by Milan municipality.

He is in charge of the entire management of the integrated water cycle, programming, technical-administrative planning of investments in the drinking water distribution network, sewage network and water treatment. The Division’s activities also include the management of the entire meter-to-cash process and customer management.

The management of Milan’s water service is characterised by important technical performances, including the low percentage of water losses in the distribution network (<15%) and the complete reuse of purified water for irrigation purposes in a consolidated circular economy perspective.

For MM S.p.A., he also holds the position of Waste Technical Manager.

Engineer, he has held positions of responsibility in the operations sector in other important companies in the Utility sector and held management roles in mining projects in Italy, Africa and Canada.
