Albert Kramer

Mr. Kramer is the Director of Business Services within the New York City Department of Environmental Protection’s (DEP) Bureau of Customer Services. Mr. Kramer has been with DEP since 2011, serving in multiple roles including Chief of Staff to the agency’s First Deputy Commissioner and Program Manager overseeing the conversion of DEP’s IBM Customer Information System to a modern UMAX cloud-based platform. Mr. Kramer started his career with the City of New York as a New York City Urban Fellow. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Wheaton College in Massachusetts and an MBA degree from New York University.
