REGISTRATION 

What information do I need to register?  

Full Name and job title.

A unique email address. An email address is needed to access the GWS app.  

A credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).

Can I register someone else?  

Yes, you can register on someone’s behalf. You will need their full name, job title and email address for them to use in gaining access to the GWS app. 

Do you have a group discount?  

We offer a ‘5 for 4’ discount for group bookings. Full name, job title and email address for each delegate are required and payment can be made online for the whole party by credit card.  

When is the last day of the Early Bird discount?  

The Early Bird rate will continue until 31st of January 2025. 

I cannot attend the event due to unfortunately circumstances; can I get a refund?

We are offering refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of the start of the event. All refunds are subject to a £150 / $200 administration fee per registration. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the start of the event.

Global Water Intelligence (GWI) reserves the right to limit or deny access to the conference to any entity or individual. The agenda is subject to change at the organiser’s discretion.

Can I transfer my registration to someone else? Until when?

You may nominate a substitute to attend in your place – substitutions of registrations may be made until the 28th of April 2025. 

Email their full name, job title and email address to our event support team (eventsupport@globalwaterintel.com) and we will register them as your replacement. 

Where and when can I collect my name badge? 

Delegates who purchased a 3-day pass can collect their badge at the Registration Desk on 12th of May from 7:00 am. 

Delegates who purchased a 2-day pass can collect their badge at the Registration Desk during the Welcome Reception on the 12th of May from 5:30 pm.

I would like to upgrade my ticket, what is the next step?  

You can amend your ticket by clicking on the modification link in the confirmation email you received when you registered, or you can contact us here. 

I am a sponsor, exhibitor or partner, who should I contact if I have any questions regarding set up and access? 

You can contact James Head or Horace Chow for any queries about sponsorship, access and set up. 

ACCOMMODATION 

Do I need to get Visa to enter France? 

You can check your eligibility and how to enter France here.

If an invitation letter is needed to support your VISA application to attend Global Water Summit 2025 in Paris, kindly get in touch with Mylene Parsons or Event Support team. Requests will be honoured for confirmed registered delegates. 

Kindly provide your passport details, VISA office address where the application will be processed, delegate’s full name and job title. Scanned passports should be sent by a secured link, or you can request to send it from our secure link. 

How can I book my accommodation?  

We have secured a discounted room rate at the Paris Marriott Rive Gauche for delegates attending the conference, with a limited number of rooms available.

How far is the Paris Marriott Rive Gauche from the Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport?  

Paris Marriott Rive Gauche is 45 minutes away from the Airport by Metro, and under an hour by car.

Can I park my car at the Paris Marriott Rive Gauche?  

If you are arriving by car, kindly note that the hotel does not offer on-site parking. The nearest parking is Saemes Parking Hôpital Sainte Anne, 400 meters from the hotel. 

What are the check-in/ check-out times at the Paris Marriott Rive Gauche? 

The check-in time is 3:00 pm and the check-out time is 12:00 pm.
